Promoting Education through sports

KTLC Netball Sports Gala – First Edition

Kamwokya Tresor Life Centre (KTLC) successfully organized its first-ever Netball Sports Gala with the main aim of bringing together schools within Kamwokya and promoting a love for sports among young learners. The main objective of this initiative was to promote active participation in sports among schools that often do not engage in competitions, even when such opportunities are provided at the national level. The event provided a platform for these schools to actively engage in netball and experience the spirit of teamwork and healthy competition.

The gala marked an important step towards building unity among schools in Kamwokya, strengthening relationships within the community and encouraging children to appreciate and enjoy sports. Through active participation, learners developed interest, confidence, and teamwork skills, which are key in their overall growth.
